Modular Tray Displays — POS Displays for Heavy Products

Modular tray displays are functional and durable POS displays designed for presenting heavier products — beverages, preserved foods, glass-packaged cosmetics, spirits, and other items requiring a stable and solid structure. They perform well in supermarkets, discounters, and retail chains.

Material and Print

Modular displays are made from EB corrugated board — one of the most durable cardboard materials, providing high stability under heavy product loads. Upon request, we use FSC®-certified raw materials, making it easier to meet the ESG requirements of retail chains and brand purchasing policies. We print digitally using UV inks with Greenguard certification — for vibrant colours and material safety.

Construction and Pallet Compatibility

The modular construction consists of trays that allow flexible configuration of the display depending on the product type and number of SKUs. The display can be complemented with a topper to increase the visibility of advertising communication and a base to reinforce structural stability. The display can additionally be fitted with clips compatible with CHEP and LPR pallets — facilitating integration with the retail chain's logistics system and reducing the time needed to set up the display in-store.

Co-Packing, Stocking and RTS Distribution

Modular tray displays are produced as RTS (ready-to-sell) displays — stocked directly at our facility and ready to be placed in-store without any additional assembly by store staff. As part of our co-packing service, we assemble the product with the display, pack it, and ship it as a complete logistics unit to hundreds of stores simultaneously. This solution is particularly valued by trade marketers managing nationwide FMCG campaigns — it eliminates the need to involve sales representatives in assembling and stocking displays in the field.
